The brewery is set up within the walls of a magnificent 19th century farmhouse, part of the heritage of the Belgian Ardennes, set in lush greenery bordered by a stream with pure and fresh water. At a time when even our ancestors had not seen one, the Wolves populated the quiet and harsh spaces of this beautiful Ardennes. It is said that these hordes came from Slovenia, the land where the best hops in the world are born.

The Latin name for hops is "Humulus lupulus", which literally means "Little humble wolf".
