In collaboration with Lallemand, we embarked on an experiment with their latest strain release, Lalbrew pomona ©. The name is derived from the Roman goddess of abundance, fruit, and passion, who has been a muse for poets and artists throughout history. Even today, she continues to inspire... most recently to create Mostruosa... don’t be afraid; after all, it’s “just a beer.”
