Mosaic ipa is an american style india pale ale. This bitter ale owes its name to the hop variety used in its recpipe. Such a hop confers to the beer a long lingering bitterness as well as notes of lychee and other tropical fruits. It was voted best beer of the Artisa'malt 2017 festival.
