To ensure their savoir-faire and methods endure, how about a new mission to develop – at their leisure – a second exceptional beverage? And that’s how Nova saw the light of day. While the original Paix Dieu is said to be a Triple and smooth to perfection, Nova is noted for its blond hue and gently heightened flavours. Light and completely unique, it bears with pride the integrity and savoir-faire of Paix Dieu and is confident of a brilliant future for the brewery and its beers. We call it the new one, but that doesn’t do justice to Nova! For it boldly presents its golden hue to the eye, and its gently heightened flavours to the palate.
