Danish Wild Ale with locally grown grapes. 2019 harvest. Field Blending is a wine making technique where different varietals of grapes growing in a single plot are macerated together, as opposed to single varietal maceration and blending wine.⁠ ⁠ The 2019 blend saw a fair amount of Muscat blue and Regent grapes, which lend a floral aroma and a mild fruit flavor, pairing perfectly with a Copenhagen summer.⁠ Aged for 12-24 months.
