La Saison Des Pommes is a collaboration between the cider makers from A.P.Í and Chien Bleu. The fresh apple juice has been fermented in our barrels coming from the Les Perrières Winery, fermented only with the native yeasts of the apples. After 12 months of barrel aging, the cider was blended with the same amount of barrel aged saison ale.
