This is our House IPA - brewed just 737 meters away of the Helsinki Heart Stone in Viikki, the geographical center point of Helsinki. The recipe is built on a classic West Coast base, but the fermentation and dry hopping are done with a more East Coast approach. A Center Point IPA, if you will. Malt: Pale, Cara, Dextrin Hops: Centennial, Simcoe, Mosaic Yeast: Lallemand East Coast
