Ah la Douze... De couleur orange pâle, un nez acidulé, fruité et funky. Sec et minéral, beaucoup de houblon herbacé et floraux. Légère fraiche et pétillant, élégant et amusante. Avec un finale amère et surtout salé. Belle bière avec la complexité habituelle de la BFM.
