We like to start a fresh new year with a fresh new beer. This is a big juicy 8.5% DIPA that is loaded with Yakima Chief Hops Fresh Frozen Cryopellets of Citra, Mosaic and Simcoe. These are unkilned hops fresh off the bine that are brought straight to the cryo pelletising plant and processed under extremely low temperatures locking in all of the flavours of a wet hop. That means lots of green and grassy notes on top of all of the wonderful flavours that you get from these three fantastic hops. We have augmented this big charge of Fresh Frozen pellets of T90 pellets of these three varieties to give an extreme expression of what they have to offer. At 8.5% abv and sack loads of oats and wheat, this is one big softy to kick off the year.
