Our London Dry Gin is crafted from organic wheat grown in Ogens and distilled three times. This distinguishes it from conventional gins made from redistilled industrial alcohol. We mash the grain, then ferment it for several days. Double distillation produces a very high percentage alcohol, which is then diluted before infusion with a secret blend of around ten carefully selected 100% organic aromatic plants. A third and final distillation produces a fresh, powerful gin of superior quality. We choose not to filter it in order to retain its subtle, deep flavours. Our gin is then aged in a bottle for two months before being bottled, labelled and sealed by hand.
