When I didn't receive my order, I sent an email and got a call from La Mise en Bière super quickly. They explained what went wrong, told me they had resolved the issue, apologized, and even included an extra bottle to make up for the delay (which they really didn't have to do—but I'm glad they did). Thanks for the great communication!
