Piozzo, Piémont - Italie La brasserie agricole Baladin a été créée en 1996 (production et bar) à Piozzo par son fondateur et maître brasseur Teo Musso. Tout au long de son évolution, il a déménagé plusieurs fois en fonction de l'évolution de ses besoins de production : de quelques mètres carrés volés au pub, à l'espace plus grand du poulailler des parents de Teo, à l'installation moderne et vaste actuelle au Jardin Ouvert de Baladin. Tous les lieux qui ont accueilli la brasserie ont un point commun : la zone de production est un espace ouvert qui accueille les gens et raconte une histoire.
