What could pair better with the juicy, tropical, Citra-led flavours of Faith than a vat-load of Mangos? To the regular base of pale barley, some oats and some wheat we add a touch of lactose to round out the mouthfeel further with a lassi-like creaminess and then added 150g/l of mango at the back end of fermentation followed by a signature dry hop of citra and mosaic.
