Maz, formerly known as Mazarin, is my take on a “thinker’s beer”. Rather than being big and undecipherably complex I wanted to create something that would calm a hop yearning nerve without fuddling the brain too much. In other words, a lavishly hopped ale of judicious ABV — an Extra Special Pale Ale if you will. In fact, so extra special that it snatched a gold medal at the Stockholm Beer & Whisky Festival in 2013. In november 2014 we doubled the hop bill.
Sundbybergs kommun, Stockholms län - Svezia Omnipollo è un birrificio fondato nel 2010 da Henok Fentie, ex pasticcere, e Karl Grandin, artista grafico/illustratore e designer. I due creano le loro ricette a casa e viaggiano in diversi birrifici del mondo per produrre le loro birre. Dopo 10 anni di vita "nomade", si sono recentemente stabiliti in una ex chiesa a Sundbyberg, a nord di Stoccolma. La loro ambizione è quella di cambiare il modo in cui la birra viene percepita, per sempre.
