So what if they were combined? After a failed experiment with a pale ale doughnut - the beer just soaked into the dough and made it mushy - we decided to switch it up completely. The old switcharoo. Put the doughnut into the beer! Pump up the Jam combines the sweet jam flavours with a sweet bready malt base. It’s a jam doughnut in a pint glass. No word of a lie. Docks di Newport, Newport - Galles Tiny Rebel è stata fondata a Newport nel 2012 dai cognati Bradley Cummings e Gareth Williams. Williams aveva imparato a produrre birra in casa da suo nonno e ha introdotto suo cognato in questo hobby. Dopo aver prodotto birra nel garage del padre di Cumming per alcuni anni, i due amici hanno deciso di trasformare il loro hobby in una professione. Affittarono un'unità industriale nel quartiere Maesglas della città. Ben presto fu necessario un aiuto e il birrificio si espanse dopo un anno dall'apertura. Nel 2016, l'azienda ha annunciato un'importante espansione, svelando i piani per un impianto di produzione su misura di 3.300 m2 . Nel gennaio 2017, il birrificio si è trasferito nel nuovo sito, quintuplicando la sua capacità totale.
