American Solera

Solera is a system of aging sherry and other fortified wines, in which young wines in the top rows of barrels are used to complement the older wine barrels stored below to achieve a seamless aging blend.
Now, replace the words sherry and wine with beer and you have American Solera, a creative American craft brewery, founded in 2016 by Chase and Erica Healey, specializing in the oak barrel aging process. Most beers are aged 6-18 months before bottling.
