A full day alongside our brewers making your own beer: mashing, lautering, boiling and hopping, with an apéro break and a tasting in the middle. Wheat beer, IPA, stout or blonde — the recipe is tailored with the brewer's guidance. No prior knowledge needed.

Frequently asked questions

I'm leaving it to the last minute — am I too late?
No. The gift card arrives by e-mail after checkout, which makes it the night-before option. Otherwise you can collect your box at the shop, rue de la Tour 14 in Lausanne. For delivery, allow 3 to 5 working days, so order a good week ahead.
I don't know their taste — what should I get?
The gift card, hands down: they pick for themselves and you can't miss. If you'd rather give bottles, go for a mixed box — a lager, an IPA, a dark one — rather than five of the same style. And if you drop by the shop, we'll gladly point you in the right direction.
How much is delivery?
CHF 12.50 anywhere in Switzerland, and free from CHF 100 of order. Collection at the shop in Lausanne is free. Allow 3 to 5 working days for a standard delivery.
How do you book a date for a tasting or a course?
You buy first and pick the date afterwards — handy when it's a gift. Write to webshop@lamise.ch for a tasting, info@lamise.ch for a brewing course, and we'll send you the open slots. The tasting voucher covers 2 people; the course runs 5 stations of 2, and groups can be booked on request.
How does the gift card work?
You pick the amount, from CHF 10, and the card arrives by e-mail with its code. It works online, in-store and at the bar, and can be spent in several goes until the balance runs out. The remaining balance and the validity date can be checked online with the code at any time — yes, there is an expiry date, we would rather say so plainly.
