Our rule of thumb, sharpened over hundreds of parties : 1 litre per guest, all audiences combined. We adjust depending on the event type, and we take back unopened kegs at no cost.

The equipment & details

Air compressor system
No CO2 bottle on the standard version. Provided a tapped keg is consumed within 24 hours to preserve freshness.
CO2 option — +20 CHF
Regulator with CO2 pressure for stable dispensing over several days, useful for long weekends or extended parties.
Keg return policy
Unopened kegs taken back at no charge (plastic cap intact). A tapped but barely consumed keg is charged at full price — only tap when you're sure.
Ecocup glasses
Rental at 0.20 CHF per cup, counted on return. Missing or broken glass charged 2 CHF — reusable, more eco-friendly than disposable.
Other beverages in kegs
Also available: fruit juices, sodas, non-alcoholic beers. For guests who don't drink — or no longer drink.
Payment & invoicing
In cash or by card, on equipment return. We charge for kegs actually tapped, not those ordered and unused.

Our simple rule: 1 litre per guest, all audiences combined (children, grandparents, non-drinkers included). You can order a bit more without risk — we take back unopened kegs at no charge.

The price is a flat rate for up to 6 days (typically a long weekend: pickup Friday, return the following Wednesday). Whether you rent for 1 day or 6, the price is the same. To cover two consecutive weekends (12 days), it's 2 × the rate.
Book at least 48 hours ahead. To secure availability — especially in season from May to August — book as early as possible. For last-minute requests, write to location@lamise.ch or call the shop directly.
We mainly serve Lausanne and surrounding areas, but also the entire Canton of Vaud and French-speaking Switzerland.
No, our taps are equipped with air compressors that eliminate the need for CO2 bottles, provided a tapped keg is consumed within 24 hours. For dispensing over several days, we offer the CO2 option for an additional 20 CHF.
Our taps run on a standard 220 V socket, minimum consumption 400 W. For an outdoor event, plan for an extension lead and a stable power connection.
Depending on the model, between 20 and 40 kg. Dimensions: 19 × 30 × 40 cm for a single tap (1 faucet), 22 × 33 × 44 cm for a double (2 faucets). Compact — fits in the boot of a standard car.
Kegs of 20 or 30 litres depending on the beer chosen. Combine sizes to match your expected consumption closely.
About 10 minutes after installation. If you set up during the apéro, the first pour is ready by the end of the speeches.
No, we do not require a deposit for renting our taps.
We collect untapped kegs with intact plastic caps at no charge. Note: any tapped but unconsumed keg will be charged at full price.
Yes, we also offer fruit juices, non-alcoholic beers, soft drinks and other options on request.
