Bayeux, Normandy - France

In 1932, the Viard family moved to Guéron near Bayeux and began an artisanal cider production activity. Its regional supply comes in part from the production of low-stem apple trees.

More than 120 hectares of orchards in the Bayeux region allow the cider house to benefit from the constant efforts of producers to obtain quality fruit. Depending on the maturity of the apples, the cider house harmoniously blends the varieties for the production of pure ciders.
