Neydens, Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes - FranceA few years ago, Michaël Novo was building chemical installations for a design office. At nightfall, his kitchen looked like a laboratory. He was experimenting with recipes. In 2009, the idea of creating a craft brewery germinated in his head. One year later, on April 1st 2010, the Brasserie du Mont Salève opened its doors.
