The first Mort Subite dates back to 1686 and since then they brew only good lambic beers on the Senne valley, the only place still validated to brew lambics. No yeast is added during the brewing process. Bruno Reinders is the brewmaster in charge of the yeasts, but also of the creativity of Mort Subite beers for almost 30 years.
