A beer designed by letting our brains default to what we think is delicious. Often we inadvertently fight the urge to put hops that are obviously delicious together. Who knows why, it’s just a thing we accidentally do because delicious things can sometimes feel “obvious.” Does that make them any less delicious though? Heck no! In this case we’ve accidentally been fighting ourselves to put Citra (the king of all hops) and Riwaka, a hop we find throws Citra vibes with a distinct New Zealand terroir to it, together. It's a blend of hops we took criminally long to assemble. We hope you accept this beer as our apology, it’s tasting wonderful. Think plush tropical berries lathered in citrus and mango.
