ITA: Birra scura, di color marrone tonaca di frate, si presenta con una schiuma compatta e persistente. Al naso profumi di cioccolato che si armonizzano con leggere note torrefatte e di frutta secca riconducibili al cereale con cui viene prodotta. L’uso sapiente di cacao Criollo di Domori, nella varietà Chuao, caratterizza la birra fin dal primo sorso evidenziando piacevoli e calde note di cioccolato - ben equilibrate con i sentori di cereale torrefatto - che evocano ricordi di frutta secca. Un equilibrato retrogusto tra dolce e amaro, appagante ad ogni assaggio. Ringraziamo il maestro cioccolatiere Gianluca Franzoni per aver tostato le fave di questo prezioso e antico cacao rendendo unica la nostra birra di Natale. On the nose, aromas of chocolate that blend with light roasted notes and dried fruit that can be traced back to the cereal with which it is produced. Skilful use of Criollo's cocoa from Domori, in the rare, precious and aromatic Chuao variety, characterizes beer from the first sip, highlighting pleasant and warm chocolate notes - well balanced with hints of roasted cereal - that evoke memories of dried fruit. Present bitter note of hops that leaves in mouth a balanced aftertaste between sweet and bitter, satisfying at every taste.
