Archipel

Archipel is the world of fermentation: bacteria and yeasts forming a wider whole. Archipel encompasses all our projects, workshops, events, products and research. In short, a myriad of initiatives forming a coherent whole – an archipelago. Archipel is a project led by Achille and Pierre, and the name is, in fact, an anagram of our first names.
