Cave Saint-Germain - Auréle Morf
Aurèle Morf, an epicurean winemaker from La Prévôté, is the founder of Cave Saint-Germain. It is thanks to his adventurous spirit and his unconventional background that he has been successfully producing wine in Moutier since 2005. His grapes come from vineyards cultivated in various parts of Switzerland, notably in Ticino. Since 2008, he has been committed to developing a somewhat ambitious project: cultivating vines and producing his own wine on the former lands of Moutier-Grandval Abbey in the Jura. His wines have already won over the country’s finest restaurants and, according to the tasters at the French wine magazine ‘Le Rouge & le Blanc’, the Prévôtoise vineyard boasts a genuine terroir.
