Cidrerie Viard

Bayeux, Normandy - France In 1932, the Viard family settled in Guéron near Bayeux and began producing artisanal cider. Its regional supply comes partly from low-stem apple tree production. More than 120 hectares of orchards in the Bayeux region allow the cider house to benefit from the constant efforts of producers to obtain quality fruit. Following the maturity of the apples, the cider house harmoniously blends varieties for the development of pure juice ciders.
