Diavolo

100% CRAFT. 0.5% ABV. Craft beer, brewed in the canton of Zurich. ​Choosing a Diavolo is not a timid or discreet choice. It’s a statement that needs no justification. We brew Diavolo exactly like a real beer — we simply stop at 0.5%. No tricks, no shortcuts, nothing is taken away at the end. ​ Most non-alcoholic beers are brewed normally and then de-alcoholised. This process works, but it comes at a cost: the aromatic compounds leave the beer along with the alcohol — and what remains needs to be compensated for. ​ We take a different approach. We develop the recipe so that it ferments naturally to less than 0.5% ABV — keeping the hoppy character, malty body and fermentation complexity exactly where they belong.
