About Far & Søn In 2016, some personalities from the gastronomic world had the vision, courage and will to redefine the non-alcoholic beverage experience. They thus created an exciting paradox: a range of sparkling, refreshing and elegant non-alcoholic wines ("proxies"). Beverages that suit all guests and leave an unforgettable memory. To obtain these unique flavors, we use traditional fermentation, known for champagne, but we stimulate it with new brewing techniques.
