Fennek

Fennek is a Lausanne microbrewery founded in 2022, born out of several experiences in the French-speaking Swiss brewing scene. Driven by curiosity and a desire to share, it moves between traditional recipes and bolder creations, and gladly exchanges with breweries around the world to refine its techniques. Its range puts IPAs front and centre, from hazy New England versions to thirst-quenching Session IPAs such as Proteus, alongside fruited sours, blondes, saisons and its first IPA, Morphea. A young, curious and inventive brewery from the canton of Vaud, pouring its passion for discovery into every bottle.
