Saint Errant

Saint Errant is a craft nanobrewery based in Evanston, Illinois, in the United States. Born from a shared passion for homebrewing between its co-founders Brent Banks and Ryan Jacobs, it long brewed in various places around the area before opening its own taproom on Dempster Street. Its name, inspired by the saint-errant, that wandering saint, reflects precisely this nomadic journey. The brewery has a strong love for mixed fermentation while exploring the boundaries of clean, simple and distinctive fermentations. You will also find hop-forward hazy IPAs, decadent imperial stouts and inventive fruited sours, blending modern technique with a playful, experimental spirit.
