Souboz Drinks

Souboz Drinks was founded in the Bernese Jura with a simple belief: drinking can be a conscious choice. We grow, harvest and process some of our ingredients ourselves to create authentic drinks, deeply rooted in their local area. Organic spirits, artisanal soft drinks and canned creations are produced in small batches, with a focus on flavour, transparency and environmental impact. We don’t aim to do more, but to do it right. No artificial flavours, no standardised recipes, no greenwashing. Just recognisable ingredients, manual labour and a clear aim: to offer a local and responsible alternative to industrial drinks, without compromising on enjoyment.
