The Many Worlds

The Many Worlds Brewing is a Danish craft brewery based in Gørløse. It began as a homebrew project led by Chris Hower, former brewer at To Øl and Brus in Copenhagen, before its commercial launch in 2021. The house focuses its work on big IPAs, barrel aging and mixed fermentation beers, with a spontaneous fermentation project on the horizon. Science holds a central place in its identity: the brewery makes a point of weaving it into the very names and themes of each of its beers, cultivating a world as demanding as it is curious.
