Artisan mead from Beeometry, a Geneva-based meadery in Troinex that brings back to life the oldest fermented drink, made from honey. This apple-and-cinnamon version is sparkling, light and low in sweetness, crafted with raw unfiltered honey and Swiss water. The maceration of apples and cinnamon gives it a warm and spiced profile, comforting without being heavy. Perfect as a chilled aperitif, it also pairs beautifully with cheeses and fruity desserts. A modern and indulgent interpretation of mead, rooted in Genevan terroir.
