A sparkling non-alcoholic infusion from Les Pétillantes (Super Natural Club, Lausanne), Super Maté is a cold brew of organic mate leaves, naturally rich in caffeine. The recipe combines mate, apple, rose hip and orange, enhanced with citrus essential oils (lemon, orange, mandarin, grapefruit, bergamot), black tea and Swiss lemon verbena. Rounded out with Swiss sugar and lemon juice, the result is an organic, herbal and refreshing drink, energising and delicately citrusy.
