All orders placed on our website before 3pm are prepared and shipped by post the same day. The post office picks up your precious package every business day of the week from our store. Most of the time, the package is delivered to your home the day after it is collected by the post office.
Sometimes ( ~1 case out of 200) the package may be damaged by the post office, in which case it must be reported directly to the carrier. To make the management of these cases smoother, we would be grateful if you could send us a photo of the damage as well as a list of the broken beers. We can then send you the affected beers or give you a gift voucher to use on your next order.
Shipping costs are free for any order of 100 CHF or more. For orders under that amount, a flat rate of 12.50 CHF is charged.
The packaging of the package is done with cardboard boxes that we shred. It is also possible to use bubble wrap for packaging, which is charged at 1 CHF per order.
