All orders placed on our website before 3pm are prepared and dispatched by Planzer the same day. Planzer picks up your precious parcel every working day of the week in our store. In most cases, the parcel is delivered to your home day after collection by Planzer.
Occasionally (~1 case in 1000), Planzer may damage the parcel, In this case, please notify the delivery person directly. To make the smooth the handling of these cases we would be grateful if you could send us a photo of the damage and a list of the broken beers. We will then be able to send you back the beers concerned or give you a gift voucher for your next order.
The shipping costs are free for orders of 100.00 or more. For orders below this amount, a flat-rate charge of 12.50 charged
Packages are padded using cardboard boxes that we shred. It is also possible with bubble wrap, a service which is invoiced 1.00 per order.
