Terms and conditions of sale These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (hereinafter "GTC") govern the relationship between Nausikraft SA, which operates the lamise.ch website under the trade name "La Mise en Bière" (hereinafter "the Seller"), and any person making a purchase from the Site (hereinafter "the Customer"). 1. Information mentioned on the Site The photos, videos and texts illustrating and describing the products offered for sale on the Site are non-contractual and provided for information purposes only. Despite all the care taken in presenting the products, there may be minor differences between the visuals presented and the products delivered. 2. Registration To place an order, the Customer must create an account by providing accurate and complete information. The Customer assumes full responsibility for the accuracy of the data provided. The Customer must provide a valid e-mail address to which all communications relating to the order will be sent. The password is strictly confidential. The Customer assumes full responsibility for its security and undertakes not to communicate it to third parties. 3. Order process Only Customers who are of legal age, capable of discernment and not under guardianship may place orders on the Site. The sales contract is deemed to have been concluded when the Vendor sends confirmation of the order by e-mail. 4. Prices The prices displayed on the Site are quoted in Swiss francs (CHF) and include VAT at the current rate. The Seller reserves the right to change its prices at any time. The applicable price is that displayed on the Site at the time the order is validated and which appears on the order confirmation. 5. Payment All orders are subject to prior payment of the full amount. Payment is made online using the payment methods offered on the Site. Payments are processed by our partner SumUp via secure servers. The Seller never has access to the Customer's bank details, which are processed directly by SumUp. 6. Delivery The risks associated with the dispatch of the goods are transferred to the Customer as soon as the goods are handed over to the carrier. The delivery time is a maximum of 10 working days from order confirmation. These times are indicative and may vary depending on product availability. If a package is returned to the Vendor because the Customer has not claimed the order within one month, the order will be cancelled and the amount retained by the Vendor as compensation. 7. Gift vouchers Gift vouchers are available in denominations of CHF 10, 20, 50, 100, 200 or 500. They are valid for one year from the date of purchase. Gift vouchers will not be replaced or reimbursed in the event of theft, loss or damage. They cannot be converted into cash. 8. Right of cancellation The Customer has a period of 10 days from receipt of his order to exercise his right of cancellation, without having to justify his decision. In order to be accepted, the goods must be returned new, unused, unopened and in their original packaging. The cost of returning the goods shall be borne by the Customer. This right of cancellation does not apply to perishable products or unsealed products that cannot be returned for reasons of hygiene. 9. Right of cancellation in the event of delay If dispatch has not taken place within 30 working days of order confirmation, the Customer may exercise his right of cancellation up to the 40th working day. 10. Seller's right of cancellation The Seller has the right to cancel an order that has not yet been delivered, at any time and without having to give reasons. In this case, the Customer will receive a full refund. 11. Consequences of cancellation In the event of an accepted revocation, the Customer will receive a refund or a purchase voucher, at the Seller's discretion. The initial preparation and delivery costs will not be refunded. 12. Warranty for defects The Customer must inspect the goods delivered immediately. Any apparent defects must be reported to the carrier at the time of delivery or to the Seller within 3 working days of receipt. The goods ordered on the Site are guaranteed by their manufacturer only. The Seller does not offer any additional guarantee whatsoever. 13. Returns procedure Any return of goods requires prior authorisation from the Seller, which must be requested by email to webmaster@lamise.ch. Once authorisation has been obtained, the Customer has 7 days to return the goods in their original packaging. The cost of returning goods is borne by the Customer, except in the event of a proven defect attributable to the Seller. 14. Liability The Vendor's liability is limited to the amount of the order. Under no circumstances may the Seller be held liable for indirect damage resulting from the use of the products. 15. Applicable law and place of jurisdiction These GTC are governed by Swiss law. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the canton of Vaud, Switzerland. 16.
