The VOIID series is an opportunity for our brewer (Russ) to experiment with new ideas to reinvigorate, and push our hazy IPAs to new heights. The second batch in this series focuses on finished color in conjunction with the highest level of flaked oats we have ever used in one beer. One of our goals for 2024 is to make a more creamy golden to golden white IPA + Batch 02 focuses on a higher usage of oat in our grist, and also a change on how we whirlpool the wort. This beer also does not contain Lactose like our other Hazies.
