In late summer 2023, we made a wine from our homegrown Sauvignac, Gewürtraminer and Cabernet Blanc grapes. We barrel-aged the wine for 18 months and added it to a beer brewed 18 months before. Just before bottling, this blend underwent a short maceration on organic oranges.
