It marries an Imperial Stout aged in Portuguese Tawny Port barrels with a Barleywine matured in French plum whisky barrels. This blend unites the roasted, chocolatey richness of the stout with the malty, fruity depth of the barleywine, both elevated by the notes of port, plum and wood from the casks. An intense and complex vintage beer, to be savoured slowly.
