We've been working with our good friends at Baltic Brewing Supplies since the founding of our brewery, and now we’ve collaborated on something unprecedented and new for our brewery - Citra Incognito TIPA! Citra Incognito TIPA is our first Triple India Pale Ale. We went with our signatory grist of pale barley malt, wheat and oats, adding Citra, Enigma, Mosaic and Simcoe hops and fermented with our favorite strain of New England yeast. But the most important ingredient of this beer is Citra®️INCOGNITO™️ - 100% natural hop product that adds to the beer an even more intense citrus taste and aroma!
