ATELIER VRAI was founded by Nico Döring in 2016 (known as ATELIER DER BRAUKÜNSTE). They started at Castle Romrod with a nano brewing system, due to high demand for their beers, they switched to contract brewing. Since 2017, they have been brewing in Bamberg at Brauhaus Binkert, a family brewery with a modern 15 HL system. They have also been brewing at Glaab's Bräu in Seligenstadt since 2021. Unusual for a contract brewery, they have their own modern canning line with their friends from Blech.Brut Brewing. For them, craft beer is a cultural movement based on enjoyment, special and high-quality raw materials, creativity, diversity, fairness, sustainability, exceptional design and passionate people. They love art, often associated with biting sarcasm or irony. They have a weakness for special words or new word creations and interesting packaging. They let all this reflect in the design of their cans. They like to search for special photos or play with special coatings, scents or scratch paints on their labels.
