ITA: Una birra che si presenta di colore ambrato brillante con schiuma bianca. Al naso, evidenti note agrumate di mandarino unite a sentori di melone e mango. In bocca risulta evidente la particolare rilettura delle classiche IPA inglesi dove il ceppo di lievito selezionato e coltivato nel birrificio ne determina l’imprinting assolutamente Baladin. Una birra sorprendentemente beverina che lascia la bocca pulita e appagata, grazie alla sua equilibrata amaricatura e all’armonia tra i luppoli usati. ENG: A beer with a nice bright amber color and a white head. Distinct citrusy notes of tangerine are complemented by notes of melon and mango. The taste immediately shows that this is a unique interpretation of classic English IPAs: the yeast strain - selected and grown at the brewery - gives it an unequivocally Baladin character. IPPA is surprisingly easy to drink and leaves your mouth clean and satisfied, thanks to its balanced bitterness and the harmonious use of hops.
Piozzo, Piemonte - ItalyThe Baladin farm brewery was established in 1996 (production and bar) in Piozzo by its founder and master brewer Teo Musso.Throughout its evolution, it has moved several times according to the evolution of its production needs: from a few square meters stolen from the pub, to the larger space of Teo's parents' chicken coop, to the current modern and vast facility at Baladin's Open Garden. All of the locations that have hosted the brewery have one thing in common: the production area is an open space that welcomes people and tells a story.
