Perfect as an aperitif, it carries a deep connection to the earth, as a symbol of birth and the origin of everything – shown here by the presence on the label of Teo’s mother. “Mamma Maria” has been a key presence since the birth of this beer, when she patiently cleaned sour griotta cherries for the first production batches.
