ITA: Si presenta di colore giallo opalescente, quasi aranciato e schiuma leggera di colore bianco velato. Al naso sentori legnosi, di resina e di miele di fiori si amalgamano in un elegante e fresca nota ossidativa. In bocca si presenta subito una gradevole acidità che rende il corpo più snello a prescindere dall’importante gradazione alcolica. Si ritrovano i tratti distintivi della ricetta con note di cereale, anice e agrumi a cui si aggiunge un leggero gusto di miele di fiori. In chiusura una nota amaricata legnosa. ENG: Metodo Classico 2018 has an opalescent, almost orangey yellow color and light, hazy white foam. Woody, resinous and honey-flower scents blend into an elegant and fresh oxidative note. A pleasant acidity immediately hits the mouth and makes the body feel lighter, despite the high alcohol content. The distinctive traits of the recipe emerge with notes of cereals, aniseed and citrus fruit, with the addition of a delicate taste of flower honey. The finish brings out a woody bitter note.
