Trait d’union tra la tradizione franco belga e quella piemontese del succo di mele, il nostro Sidro ha origine dalla fermentazione spontanea delle mele. Il sidro Baladin viene prodotto a 4 mani con gli amici francesi della sidreria Maeyaert. Fresco e sincero si presenta nel bicchiere limpido e ravvivato da un fine perlage. Profuma di fiori e di prati in primavera lasciando in bocca un gusto delicato e persistente. Ottimo come aperitivo è l’ideale per incontri informali ma anche galanti. ENGLISH - A drink linked to the earth, to tradition and the quintessential biblical fruit, the fruit of sin… A combination between the French-Belgian tradition and the typical apple juice of Piedmont, our cider is the product of the spontaneous fermentation of apples. Baladin’s cider is produced in collaboration with our French friends from Cidrerie Maeyaert. Fresh and genuine, its color is clear and with a fine perlage. It smells of flowers and spring meadows, and leaves a delicate and persistent taste. Excellent as an aperitif, ideal for informal meetings and romantic dates.

Piozzo, Piemonte - ItalyThe Baladin farm brewery was established in 1996 (production and bar) in Piozzo by its founder and master brewer Teo Musso.Throughout its evolution, it has moved several times according to the evolution of its production needs: from a few square meters stolen from the pub, to the larger space of Teo's parents' chicken coop, to the current modern and vast facility at Baladin's Open Garden. All of the locations that have hosted the brewery have one thing in common: the production area is an open space that welcomes people and tells a story.
