ITALIANO - L’olfatto è dominato dalle caratteristiche note agrumate e resinose del luppolo americano Amarillo, ma in bocca rimane fedele allo stile Baladin e non perde di vista l’equilibrio. Le note maltate, i sentori di caramello e frutta secca, ben bilanciano il tipico amaro del luppolo. L’elevato grado alcolico (8 gradi) è mascherato dalla struttura, per una birra che invita alla compagnia, alla socializzazione e alle lunghe serate. SUPER BITTER, è indicata con le carni brasate e ottima con i formaggi stagionati. ENGLISH - Super Bitter” it undoubtedly follows the current trend of bitter beers, but without taking it too far! Super Bitter has sure plenty of hoppy scents - given by the generous use of a particular type of American hops called “Amarillo” - but it remains true to its Baladin identity and strikes a perfect balance with notes of caramel, dried fruit (just a hint) and the bitterness of the hops. Super Bitter, just as its famous “big sister” (if not more), will entice you to spend time with others and socialize. SUPER BITTER is recommended with braised meat and excellent with mature cheeses.
