Artisan mead from Beeometry, a Geneva-based meadery in Troinex that reinvents this ancient fermented honey drink. This raspberry cuvée is sparkling, light and refreshing, crafted from raw unfiltered honey from Genevan hives. The maceration of raspberries brings fruity notes and a lovely colour, over a floral and delicately sweet base. Best enjoyed well chilled as an aperitif, or paired with cheeses and fruit. A contemporary and refined take on mead, rooted in Swiss terroir.
