BellwoodsToronto, ON - CanadaBellwoods Brewery started as a small brewery in west Toronto in 2012, and has grown nicely over the years to eventually encompass two stores (one selling cans and fresh bottles), and a production brewery in North York (primarily to house barrels). Today, they produce about 10,000 hL per year.The styles they are interested in vary greatly and they are always open to new production techniques. Their current efforts focus on aromatic hops, crisp lagers, barrel-aged wild blends, fruity sours, and barrel-aged stouts.
