d'Zéronimo is the alcohol-free version (0.4%) of the Djéronimo, a White IPA from Brasserie des Franches-Montagnes (BFM) in Saignelégier, founded by Jérôme Rebetez. Brewed with wheat and oats, it offers a pleasantly velvety mouthfeel. The nose is dominated by fruity hop notes, revealing interesting fruit aromas and a light, thirst-quenching bitterness. A dealcoholised wheat IPA, indulgent and refreshing, that retains the aromatic character of its full-strength sibling.
Saignelégier, Jura - Switzerland Nous concocter la meilleure bière! Founded in 1997 by Jérôme Rebetez, who had formerly been trained as an oenologist, this tiny brewery has rapidly become known for making beers that stretch traditional beer style guidelines and use unorthodox ingredients.
