Grand Cru version 'Père Gola for Ever' of the famous Saint Bon-Chien from BFM (Brasserie des Franches-Montagnes), Swiss Jura. This exceptional Sour at 11% takes barrel ageing even further: after maturation in oak wine barrels, the cuvée undergoes an additional stint in rum barrels. The result is a tart beer of great complexity, with winey and fruity notes heightened by the warm, woody depth of rum. A rare, dense and winey blend, to be savoured slowly like a grand cru.
